Lekki Smart City project is located in Ibeju-Lekki and is worth over $300Million. The Smart City has been acknowledged to be the first self- sustaining eco-friendly smart business city in Africa. This is a city where a plot of land will be sold for between N64 million and N429 million based on the payment plan and size of plot. The aim is to create Africa’s Version of Silicon Valley to serve the ever growing Tech Industry in Nigeria.
