People also said the same thing about SANGOTEDO, ABIJO and the rest of Eti-Osa less than 6 years ago, but the cost of lands keep going up every month. To get a plot of land in Sangotedo now, you need to have a minimum of Ten Million Naira (N10,000,000.00) to purchase a land that was worth at best One Million Naira (N1,000,000.00) in 2015.
All these happened before our very eyes within the past years and one still asks if it is worthwhile to invest in Ibeju Lekki with the various developments presently going on in the region.
